Deep Fried or Air Fried French Fries Beautifully Seasoned with Sea Salt & Black Pepper with a bit of Tang.

Ingredients
1lbsThick Cut French Fries
1/4COil
Salt & Pepper Seasoning
1TblSea Salt
1/2TblBlack Pepper
1/2tspCitric Acid
1/8tspMalt Vinegar
Instructions
Deep Fryer Fries
Empty the frozen Fries into a large Steel Bowl and set on the counter. Preheat the Deep Fryer to 375 F - 400 F and combine the Salt & Pepper seasoning.
Place the Fries into the Deep Fryer and fry until most of the steam is gone. Lift the basket up and allow the oil to get hot again. Deep fry a second time until all steam is gone. Lift the basket up, wait till the deep fryer is hot again, and then deep fry a third time briefly (1 minute).
Empty into the steel bowl and season the fries with Salt & Pepper Seasoning.
Air Fryer Fries
Empty the frozen Fries into a large Steel Bowl. Combine the Salt & Pepper Seasoning and add 1/2 Tbl of it to the Fries along with 1/4 C of Oil. Toss well and leave for 30 minutes.
Place the Fries into the Air Fryer at 400 F for 30 minutes. Toss at 15, 10, 5, and then every minute or so, ensuring that the fries have adequate oil coverage. Use the Steel bowl to empty the Fries and hot oil into, and toss to recoat the fries. Empty back into the Air Fryer and continue cooking. Do this at each interval.
