2Sesame Hamburger Buns - Buttered & Toasted
2Quarter Pound Beef Patties - Frozen
5DollopsKetchup & Mustard - Per Burger
1/2SmallOnion - Sliced into Slivers
4SlicedPickles - 2 per Burger
4SlicesCheddar Cheese - 2 per Burger
Salt & Pepper Blend
1TblSea Salt
1tspBlack Pepper
1/2tspWhite Pepper
Instructions
Prepare the Toppings and set aside until ready to top the Burgers.
Butter and Toast the Buns in a skillet over medium heat. Season and sear the Burger Patties for about 3–4 minutes per side, or until the juices run clear. Season the seared side with Salt & Pepper and repeat for the other side when done.
Assemble the Burger, starting with the CrownKetchup & Mustard Slivered Onions - small pinchPickles - 2 per burgerBacon if addingCheeseBurger PattyCheeseHeelServe right away, or wrap in waxed paper and let sit 5 minutes or keep warm in the oven.

Quarter Pound Ground Beef Patties
For every 1 lb of very cold ground Beef, add the following and mix gently to evenly distribute and weigh out about 114g for 4 Quarter Pound Beef Patties. Shape and place on a baking sheet to freeze. Optionally add in Chopped Beef Suet.
