Made with an Overnight Pizza Dough, sauced with Pizza sauce and topped with Mozzarella Cheese. Baked in the oven using the 413 Pizza cook method to produce Homemade Pizzas like they were takeout.

Instructions
Preparation: The day before, around the same time you plan on cooking the pizzas the next day, prepare the Overnight Pizza Dough and the Pizza Sauce. Your toppings can also be prepared in advance and refrigerated, with the shredded Cheese placed in the freezer.
Preheat: Preheat the oven to the highest setting it will go. Position the first rack at the very bottom with a pizza stone and the other rack in the middle position. Preheat for at least 1 hour.
Assembly: Prepare the pizza dough and place on a pizza screen to assemble with; Pizza SauceBacon PineappleJalapeñoMozzarella
413 Pizza Cook Method:4 Minute Cook: Transfer the prepared pizza on a pizza screen to the oven on the middle rack to cook for precisely 4 minutes. 1 Adjustment: Immediately place the oven on broil. Remove the pizza from the screen to place directly on the pizza stone. Flip it around so that the front is now facing the back.3 Minute Broil: Broil for 3 minutes. Set the oven off of broil and back to the highest setting. Then transfer the pizza back to the pizza screen and remove. Repeat for each pizza.
