A Hawaiian Style BBQ Sauce with Pineapple and other unique ingredients that can be used to marinate Meats and Brushed unto Meats BBQ Style. This is a Salty, Sweet & Sour with Pineapple undertones coming through quite nicely.

Ingredients
1CSoy Sauce
1CGinger Ale
1CBrown Sugar
3/4CLime Juice
1/2CKetchup
1/2CMashed Pineapple
1/4COrange Juice
1/2tspBlack Pepper
1/2tspGarlic Powder
1/4tspGinger Powder
Instructions
Combine All the Ingredients together and mix well. Use as a Marinade for Meats.
For BBQ Sauce or Basting Sauce. Continue to simmer remaining sauce over medium heat until desired consistency. About 10–15 minutes, it should still be relatively thin for a BBQ Sauce. Then remove from heat and let cool. Brush unto Meats for Barbecuing.
Notes
To marinate meats, use some of the BBQ Sauce before it has been reduced and marinate meat for 1 - 4 hours. Use the remaining BBQ Sauce and reduce a bit to baste the meat.
