Juicy Grilled Pineapple coated in a Sugar Seasoning.

Ingredients
1Pineapple
1/4CWhite Sugar
1/4tspLemon Grass - - Ground
1/4tspGalangal - - Ground
1/4tspCinnamon
Plain or Flavored Yogurt - - Optional
Caramel - - Optional
Coarse Sugar or Colored Sugar - - Optional
Instructions
Wash the Pineapple well. Slice the Top and Bottom off and Slice the Skin off. Save these for other uses or place into a Ziploc Bag and freeze to use at another time along with the Pineapple cores.
Cut the Pineapple into Quarters and slice the Core out creating a mostly flat surface that can come into contact with the Grill to create the marks.
Combine the remaining ingredients and Sprinkle all over the Pineapple. Allow some time for the Pineapple to absorb the Seasoned Sugar before Seasoning again. Repeat until all of the Seasoning is used.
Place unto a Grill and Cook until good grill marks are visible about 3-5 minutes.
Serve as is or Garnish with Coarse Sugar and/or Drizzle Caramel. Optionally on top of some Plain or Flavored Yogurt.
