A McDonald's Inspired Marinated and Grilled Chicken Burger with Tomatoes, Lettuce and Mayonnaise.

Ingredients
1Chicken Breast
2Hamburger Buns with Sesame Seeds
Toppings
Lettuce chopped or sliced
Tomato Sliced
Mayonnaise
Marinade
1/2CWater
1/4COil
2tspParmesan Cheese
1tspChicken Powder & Sea Salt
1/2tspLemon Juice
1/4tspLiquid Smoke & Onion Powder
1/8tspBlack Pepper & Paprika
Instructions
Combine the marinade ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.
Slice the Chicken Breast in half horizontally to create 2 Chicken Fillets about 1/2 Inch Thick or slightly thinner. Place them inside the bowl with the Marinade and Refrigerate for a few hours.
Place the Chicken unto a Hot Grill. Cook for about 10 Minutes. Flip over Half way. It should no longer be pink in the middle or an internal temp - if measuring of 165 F. If using a double-sided Grill, your cook time will be less about 5–8 minutes. Let rest a few minutes.
Butter the Hamburger Buns and Toast on Medium Heat while Slicing the Tomatoes and Chopping the Lettuce.
On the Crown or Top Bun. Place some Mayonnaise, Lettuce, Slice of Tomato, and Chicken, then the Heel or Bottom Bun. Flip it over and serve.
