Fried Ham & Cheese Sandwich on Buttered bread or Arby's style on buttered and toasted buns. Either way, it's a really good sandwich. The trick is to get that Ham sliced very thin to build the sandwich up and fry it. Add your choice of Cheese & Sauce to make it your own.

Equipment
1 Skillet
Ingredients
1Hamburger Bun - or Bread, buttered
90gThinly Sliced Deli Ham
1SliceCheese - or a bunch of thinly sliced cheddar cheese
ToTasteBlack Pepper
AsDesiredYellow Mustard - or Dijon Mustard
Instructions
Heat a skillet up over medium heat and toast the buttered Hamburger Buns. If using Bread, just butter and set aside. You can toast the Bread as well, if desired, for a Toasted Fried Ham & Cheese Sandwich.
Place Cheese on the bottom bun or one of the bread slices and top with Mustard.
Add the Ham Slices into the pan and keep tossing around until the juices are evaporated, and the meat has pinked up more and is firmer. You can also add a bit of Ham Glaze to cook the Ham slices in for added flavor. Transfer to the toasted Buns or Bread and sprinkle with Black Pepper to taste. Optionally, add a bit of Sriracha for some heat.
