English Muffin Pizza Sauced with Pizza Sauce and your favorite Bottoms or Toppings and Cheese. Baked in the oven and ready in about 5 minutes.

Equipment

  • 1 Baking Sheet. Pizza Screen, or Pan

Ingredients

  • 4 English muffins cut in half
  • Pizza Sauce - as needed
  • Pizza Ingredients - as desired
  • Mozzarella Cheese Blend - as desired / 3:1 ratio of Mozzarella & Provolone

Instructions

  • Place the English muffins on a baking sheet, pizza pan or screen close together. Sauce the English Muffins with Pizza Sauce.
  • Place your Favorite Bottoms Ingredients on.
    Sprinkle Mozzarella Cheese Mix on.
    Top with your Favorite Topping Ingredients
  • Place into preheated oven as high as it will go and cook for 5 minutes, turning it around halfway. Optionally Broil the Top for Color.
