The Original Arch Deluxe was a hamburger sold by McDonald's in 1996 until 2000. Boasting a quarter pound of beef on a split-top potato flour sesame seed bun, topped with leaf lettuce, sliced tomato, American cheese, onions, ketchup, and Dijonnaise (a mix of Dijon mustard and mayonnaise) sauce. The Bacon Arch Deluxe Burger had a circular piece of hickory smoked black peppercorn bacon. While no longer on the menu, there are a some of us who really enjoyed this burger and with this Homemade Arch Deluxe recipe, it can be made any time the craving hits.
