Ingredients
1Chicken Breast
AsDesiredFranks RedHot Sauce
1-2TblButter
2CLettuce - chopped
1/2SmallOnion - thinly sliced
1smallCarrot - Shredded
4StripsBacon
AsDesiredRanch Dressing
Instructions
Chop the bacon into small bits and cook in a skillet over medium heat until crisp, then set aside. Reserve the grease to fry the chicken.
Dice the Chicken Breast and fry in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through, about 8–10 minutes. Place the meat into a Mixing Bowl and add Butter with Franks RedHot Sauce. Mix well and set aside.
Prepare the Vegetables. Wash & Dry well, place into a Salad Bowl. Add the desired amount of Ranch Dressing and mix.
Combine Buffalo Sauced Chicken & Salad to toss. Serve as is, or stuff it into some Samoon Bread or Pita Bread.
Notes
Add other ingredients to the salad such as Cheese, Cucumbers, Celery, Radishes, Peppers, Tomatoes.
