KD and Beef

Creamy KD and Beef cooked up in one pot to serve two. It's a classic and nostalgic dish that just has to be had once in a awhile.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Original Kraft Dinner
  • 1/2 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 C Water
  • 1 C Milk or Cream
  • 2 Tbl Cheese Whiz
  • 2 Tbl Butter
  • To Taste Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • In a Bowl combine Water, Milk, Cheese packet powder, Cheese Whiz or Cheese Whiz Sauce. Mix well and set aside until needed.
  • Cook Ground Beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
  • Add Butter and the set aside bowl with the Pasta. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, stirring occasionally for about 8 minutes.
    Season with Salt & Pepper to taste. Optionally add shredded cheese until melted, then season with Salt & Pepper.
