Sweet Thai Chicken Wraps
Sweet Thai Chicken Wraps! Breaded Chicken Fingers on wrap and topped with Mayo & Sweet Thai Chili Sauce. Top it off with your favorite vegetables.
These are extremely quick and easy to put together. Especially if doing so after making up some JFC Chicken Tenders. Just make a few extra for a follow-up snack right here with this Snack Wrap or make a bunch and freeze to reheat later for a snack wrap on-demand.
JFC Chicken Fingers
Before assembling, you need to make JFC Chicken Fingers. These can be made up before assembling the Wrap or in advance and frozen to be reheated for this recipe using one strip for each wrap.
Making a bunch of these to be frozen and reheated later is a great way to have a snack wrap pretty much on demand.
Another option is to just make up some extra JFC Chicken. Strip the meat off the bone and use it here for these wraps. Either way is fine. Use 1 Drumstick or Thigh for each wrap.
Warm the Tortilla up in a frying pan before assembling. Additionally, you can place the wrap in a Panini Grill for a few minutes.
Sweet Thai Sauce
The Sauce is a mix of Mayonnaise & Sweet Thai Chili Sauce that gets drizzled over the Chicken Tenders.
Easy right? Just combine the two ingredients together. This can also be used as a dipping sauce for Chicken Tenders, Nuggets, and other items. For some added heat, add a bit of Sriracha sauce or other hot sauce.
Sweet Thai Chicken Wraps Fillings
I usually just include finely shredded lettuce. Add Lettuce, Sliced or diced Tomatoes & Onions, Cucumbers, Dill pickles, whatever you like.
Sweet Thai Chicken Wrap
- Combine the Mayonaisse and Sweet Thai Chili Sauce. Mix well.
- Heat the Tortilla up in a pan just until warm. Assemble the Wrap with vegetables first followed by the Chicken and then Sauce.
