Seven Day Body Reset Diet


Don’t get thrown off on the word Diet in Seven Day Body Reset Diet. It is not a Diet in the sense this is something you repeat or change your diet to.
Instead, this Diet Should not be repeated more than once or twice a year. It is an extremely effective diet to reset the body. It involves water regulation, fat consumption, sugar elimination, Fiber increase and impacts the thyroid which regulates your hormones, metabolism, and the usage of fat among other things. In effect, you are shocking the body with this diet.
I won’t go into all the details on how we accumulate Fat or Insulin sensitivity and how that is the main factor that leads to a whole host of other issues. Instead, I will try to focus on the Key Factors that make this diet work. I have done this in the past with surprising results. Losing weight, but the biggest shock was how sensitive I was to sugary items.
I highly recommend that after you complete this diet to restrain the sugar intake afterward. It’s going to be kind of weird because your brain knows that it likes the Large Triple Triple Coffee, but the body rejects it. It is too sweet. Even if you’ve been drinking a Large TT for years. After this diet, it will seem too sweet. Try to understand that your tolerance for sweets is going to be much lower now after the diet program and adjust instead of fighting it and falling back into it.
The First Factor in the Seven Day Body Reset Diet
The First Factor is Water. It eliminates all other drinks. It’s only for seven days. You can do this. This means no Coffee, Soda, Juice, or anything else. The water I use is Distilled Water and is highly recommended for this program.
On days 1 – 3 you start by drinking 2 Gallons of water. Do not try to cram this in. Be sure to spread it out from the moment you wake up to the moment you fall asleep, or an hour or so before.
Caution
Drinking too much water in a small amount of time can have serious effects. Be sure to spread this out throughout the day. If you feel a slight headache coming on, this is a sure sign you are drinking too much water in a short time. You have to give the Kidneys time to be able to process the water intake. If you spread the water intake out. You will have no issues.
If you have Thyroid issues, then this reset diet is not recommended. Broccoli contains certain chemicals that affect the Thyroid. While in small quantities, this is insignificant. In large quantities and daily amounts, like in this program. It certainly will have an effect. If you’re otherwise healthy, this is desired for this program.

The Second Factor in the Seven Day Body Reset Diet
Cruciferous Vegetables. Below is a list of Cruciferous Vegetables. However, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts should be your main focus.
- Arugula
- Bok choy
- Broccoli
- Brussels sprouts
- Cabbage
- Cauliflower
- Collard greens
- Horseradish
- Kale
- Radishes
- Rutabaga
- Turnips
- Watercress
- Wasabi
Cruciferous Vegetables impact the Thyroid T3 and T4 hormones, which are produced by the Thyroid with readily available Iodine. One of their function is how the body utilizes energy and metabolism. It’s pretty cool stuff when you take a look at it.
They maintain the rate at which your body uses fats and carbohydrates, help control your body temperature, influence your heart rate, and help regulate the production of proteins and many more other functions.
Having enough iodine in your diet is crucial for thyroid health because your thyroid gland needs iodine to make T3 and T4.
Another interesting effect is that cruciferous vegetables is extremely effective against H-Pylori, which can cause a host of issues if left unchecked, including stomach ulcers. Cabbage is extremely effective against this. If you suffer from ulcers then pure raw cabbage juice will be extremely helpful to you as well as high doses of vitamin C. This is another reason why I love Sauerkraut so much. It is both pure/raw, unpasteurized Cabbage with its juices and fermented for further bioavailability and higher vitamin C levels.
The Third Factor in the Seven Day Body Reset Diet
The Third Factor is the relationship between water intake and Fat Consumption. For days 1-3, there is a lot of water intake and almost no fat intake. On day 4 and progressing forward, the water intake drops and the fat intake increases.
For the First Meal. It is only Turkey & Broccoli no skin on the Turkey, no Butter or oils for the Broccoli – Nothing. Just Salt and Pepper. This is the Same for Day 2, but we can add in some spices. For each consecutive day, we increase the fat intake and then decrease the Water intake. With the Last Day being the heaviest in fats and the lowest in water.
Recipes for Day 1- 7 – Seven Day Body Reset Diet
The recipes below are just a guideline. You can swap out the Cruciferous Vegetables for anything you would prefer within the Cruciferous family. However, Broccoli and/or Brussels Sprouts should be your main focus. The meals consist of Meat and Vegetables only. Starting with Lean cuts and progressing towards fattier. Meat & Vegetables only. No Bread, Dip, Sauces, etc. until the last day.
Make sure you make extra, so you have something to munch on if needed throughout the day.
You will be running to the bathroom a lot, as the water intake for the first 3 days is flushing everything out as much as it can. It’s two Gallons of water per day or 32 cups of water.
I use a Powerade bottle which I fill up through the day and drink about one of these every hour. This is going to get very tiring but keep at it for the best results.
DAY 1

Salt & Pepper Turkey
- 2 Gallons of Water spread out throughout the day
- Turkey Breast no skin, seasoned with Salt & Pepper only.
- Broccoli Steamed seasoned with Salt & Pepper Only
- As much as you want to eat throughout the day as you want.

Salt & Pepper Blend
- 1 Tbl Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp White Pepper
Day 2
Steamed Broccoli with Salt & Pepper. For the Turkey Breast, use a BBQ Seasoning with minimal or no Sugar or other blends like Cajun Seasoning, Montreal Chicken Spice, Poultry Seasoning or stay with the Salt & Pepper.

Seasoned Turkey Breast with Steamed Broccoli
- 2 Gallons of Water spread out throughout the day
- Turkey Breast no skin, Seasonings (Herbs & Spices).
- Broccoli Steamed seasoned with Salt & Pepper Only
- As much as you want to eat throughout the day as you want.
Day 3
Montreal Seasoned Chicken Breast/ Steamed Broccoli with Salt & Urfa Biber Pepper.

- Chicken Breast no skin, seasoned.
- Broccoli Steamed seasoned with Salt & Pepper
- As much as you want to eat throughout the day as you want.
Day 4
Taco Seasoned Chicken / Roasted Broccoli with Garlic

- 1 Gallons of Water spread out throughout the day
- Chicken Leg with skin, seasoned.
- Broccoli Roasted.
- As much as you want to eat throughout the day as you want.
Day 5
Seasoned Baked Salmon / Roasted Broccoli with Garlic & Cheese

Seasoned Baked Salmon with Roasted Broccoli
- 1 Gallons of Water spread out throughout the day
- Salmon Seasoned.
- Broccoli Roasted.
- As much as you want to eat throughout the day as you want.
Day 6
Seasoned Baked Salmon / Roasted Broccoli with Garlic with a little Cheese Sauce

Salmon with Broccoli and Cheese Sauce
- 1 Gallons of Water spread out throughout the day
- Salmon Seasoned or lean cut of red meat
- Broccoli Roasted.
- As much as you want to eat throughout the day as you want.
Day 7

Beef & Broccoli
- 1/2 Gallons of Water spread out throughout the day
- Steak
- Broccoli anyway you like
- Add in some Healthy Carbs
- As much as you want to eat throughout the day as you want.
