Chicken Parmizza

Parmesan Chicken converted to a PIzza! A Hand Tossed Pizza with Flavorful Pizza Sauce topped with Marinated Parmesan Chicken, Cherry Tomatoes, Bacon & mixed Peppers with Mozzarella Provolone & Parmesan Cheese Blend to create a wicked good Chicken Parmizza. Serve it with some JAH Garlic Sauce, which is a seriously good Papa John’s Style Garlic Butter, on the side for dipping your Pizza.

Chicken Parmizza Components

Pizza Dough

A Hand Tossed Pizza Dough. Use any size desired. Lay it out on some cornmeal and create the crust, then stretch out to size. Toss from one hand to the next to shake off any excess cornmeal. While at the same time stretching the dough out. Place on Pizza Screen or pan.

Make sure you give frozen pizza dough – if using, plenty of time to completely thaw and close to room temp before preparing.

Tomato Sauce

The Tomato Sauce used is JAH Quick Tomato Sauce, which I use for Parmesan Chicken as well. Exchange the Beef Broth with Chicken.

Portion left over sauce into Ziploc bags. Freeze to be used at a later time.

You can also use the Base Pizza Sauce Recipe just as well.

Use one Chicken breast diced to the desired size and Marinate it in JAH Grilled Chicken Marinade for at least one hour. Add more Parmesan as desired. Seeing how this is Chicken Parmesan.

Strain the Chicken from the marinade and cook in a Skillet or oven until done. Set aside to cool to top the Pizza later.

Another method is to slice the breast in half horizontally and marinate. Then Grill it before dicing the chicken breast.

Chicken Parmizza Toppings

Top with Tomatoes, Bacon, and a mix of Peppers for color along with some Parmesan cheese.

Use Cherry Tomatoes Sliced in half or Sliced or Diced Tomatoes.

Sliced or Diced Peppers. Use a mix of Green, Red & Yellow, or Orange for good color.

Chop the raw bacon into small pieces and cook in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Drain the Grease out and reserve for other recipes. Use the same skillet to cook the chicken until done.

A Mozzarella Cheese mixed with Provolone Cheese at a ratio of 3:1 Mozzarella to Provolone.

Add extra Parmesan Cheese. Add other cheeses such as Asiago or Romano.

Garlic Sauce

Make-ahead JAH Garlic Sauce for dipping the Pizza Crust into for a Garlicky kick. This is my version of Papa John’s Garlic Dip.
