While there are numerous recipes for Cabbage Juice that contain other vegetables or Ingredients, and there is probably no negative outcome of that. I am not sure how those components interact with the Cabbage Juice and therefore recommend only drink Cabbage Juice if trying to remedy an ailment based on my own experience. Where I only drank Cabbage Juice.
If on the other hand, you are drinking cabbage juice for additional health benefits or maintenance. Then you could combine with other fruits or vegetables to improve the taste.

- 1 Whole Cabbage
- Distilled Water
- optional Pinch of Sea Salt
- Wash the Cabbage Well and Cut into Manageable pieces. Include the core.
- Place into the Blender and Fill with Distilled Water. Blend until Smooth and Strain.
- Refrigerate. Drink 1 Cup in the Morning upon waking up and another cup at night before going to bed. Repeat.
