Beefy Cheese Tomato Sauce

This Beefy Cheese Tomato Sauce is built off of JAH Tomato Soup Recipe as a base. Additional Ingredients are added to make this Beefy Cheese Tomato Sauce for whatever you wish. You can also use just Tomato Soup in place of JAH Tomato Soup or JAH Quick Tomato Sauce.
Ground Beef
For the Ground Beef, we’re going to process this a little differently. You don’t have to do it this way. Instead, just cook the Ground Beef and add it to the sauce.
However, for this recipe, we are going to add water to the Ground Beef and Mix really well before cooking it to give us tiny granules of Beef throughout the sauce.
Thickener – Beefy Cheese Tomato Sauce
For the Thickener, we are going to use Barley Flour with some All-Purpose Flour to give the Sauce some Viscosity like a gravy. Add this to the Ground Beef after it is done cooking before the Sauce is poured in. This has the added benefit of assisting Fond Creation to give the sauce more flavor.
Beef Suet
Use Beef Suet for this recipe. Beef Suet is packed with Flavor and needed to make this sauce Extra Beefy. If you don’t have this then some Beef Fat Trimmings you might have saved. Cooked on medium heat to render the Fat out.
You should get into the habit of saving your fat trimmings from cuts of meats like Beef, Pork, and Chicken. Just this tip alone will give you access to rendered fat for recipes which will elevate your dish far more so than just regular fat. There is a reason why Grandma use to save that bacon grease. She knew.
Beefy Cheese Tomato Sauce
The sauce is a two-part sauce. The First Part or Base is JAH Tomato Soup Recipe or you can use regular Tomato Soup. You could also use JAH Quick Tomato Sauce.
This is combined with a Beefy Stock with the addition of some other ingredients to create a Beefy Cheese Tomato Sauce you can use for a wide variety of items.
For a Smoother Sauce, you can just blend the Vegetables with the Beef Stock and then run through a fine sieve and discard the pulp. Then add in the remaining ingredients.
The Cheese Flavor comes from Parmesan and Romano. With a major boost from Brewers Yeast. This is a very inexpensive way to incorporate cheese flavor without the cost. Add more if you want that cheese flavor to come through more or add more Beef Powder if you want the beefy taste to come through more.
